The Afyon-Eber Energy Generation Facility is one of Oltan Köleoğlu Energy’s integrated renewable energy investments, bringing together biomass, solar energy and energy storage technologies at a single location.

Commissioned in 2020, the 27 MWe Biomass Power Plant generates approximately 188,000 MWh of electricity annually and operates using domestically developed fluidized bed boiler technology.

The facility’s generation infrastructure is supported by a 27 MWe Hybrid Solar Power Plant, enabling biomass and solar resources to be utilized together and further diversifying renewable energy generation.

The Afyon energy infrastructure also includes a 45 MWe Electricity Energy Storage Facility. This investment is designed to support more effective energy management, enhance grid flexibility and strengthen the integration of renewable energy resources into the electricity system.
